See, now I disagree with this. To draw the example out to an extreme, CEOs should be shipped over seas for what they demand as compensation, right?
When the common worker demands reasonable benefits like health care, time off, decent wages, and appropriate working conditions, somehow they are making overtly irrational demands. Why is it that we only look back several years later and finally decide that, yes, the workers were right in fighting against a reasonable amount of exploitation?
Our industrial past is littered with things like the company town, child labor, and unsafe working conditions. Each of which was met with visceral attacks when the worker contested exploitation and unsafe work places.
Bottom line in this article... Romney's company profits from moving jobs overseas.
