Thank you very much for posting this. I went to the iTunes store and downloaded it, and like it very much. Nice interface that simple to use. For me it is much easier for me to see the flows than trying to use a browser that I have to zoom and pan to find the information.
the developer is working on an updated version of the river guide for the IPhone that will have a Favorites list so you don't have to scroll through it all.

just thought I'd pass this along Of the 900 apps available on the iTunes store RiverGuide is one of the dozen elected as a Apple staff favorite. If you have an iPhone this is definetly an app you will like.
This app is even better than ever...the update RiverGuide 2.0 now allows me to bookmark my favorite runs in a Favorite Rivers list and allows me to shuffle the order to my preference. It also save the last gauge readings for my favorite rivers, and has over 11,000 gauges to choose from.
Awesome app for the kayaker with an iPhone or iPod.
