I have nothing against you, just against your politics. You should try reading Chain Reaction by Thomas and Mary Edsall. Its written by an editor for the Washington Post and is a really interesting analysis of the way American politics have worked for the last 20 years, with Race, Rights and Taxes driving all conversation.
I am also fully open to the possibility that we may have prematurely judge Geroge W. Bush. Harry Truman was the only other president to leave office with the same sort of dissaproval ratings as Bush. However, he is considered one of the greatest presidents in our history. If all goes well in Iraq, and a stable democracy developes that eventually democratizes the middle east, we may think differently in 50 years. I seriously doubt this will happen, but I try to have an open mind.
