Photo Software?

Anybody have any recommendations for software to use for pulling stills from video? I thought the stuff I already had for capturing and editing video covered this but it doesn't seem to.

What do you have? It's a pretty basic feature. I assume you're looking for something free? Do you have PC or Mac? Windows Movie Maker has this feature, so you can do it there free. I'm not sure about Mac, but surely they wouldn't let Windows beat them with multimedia.

There's a cool program called Snagit that does all kinds of screen captures and has some editing capability. It'll do video captures as well. It's not free - but it is cheap and I think they have a free demo period. I love this little program!
