At this point I could care less about who has the toughest conference.. people only bring that up when their team is struggling or just plain sucks. Not directed at you specifically JBL.

Vols over BAMA?! That would be something. Helpful for the dawgs, but I don't know if we'll be seeing that happen. They got 1 yd against the dawgs, and bama ran all over us. I say BAMA. I'll have to find out who won when I get back from Westy though.

Texas Tech takes Kansas.
I can't believe that the Gophers are 6-1. Shocking. However, they'll probably shit the bed against Purdue seeing as how they've lost their last 18 games there.
Wouldn't be a bit surprised if KY just up and beat the Gaytors.

UNLV picked off AZ State and could do the same to BYU.
VA could pick up a win coming off the UNC game.
GA vs. LSU - no telling. Baton Rouge is a tough place to play a game and whatever happens, it will probably be a good one.
I think we'll finally see what TX is made of this weekend. Remember, Mike Gundy is a man after all.
I'd like to see the Buffs pull and upset but with the QB struggles, Mizzo will probably roll.
Bama vs. VOLS - I think we all know what will happen there. Thanks ERDVM for the vote of confidence - an upset would be sweet - but I don't see it happening. Not this year anyway.
I hope Penn State CRUSHES osu. I want to see bloodshed on the field.

I would like to publically apologize in advance to Matt Booth for any physical or emotional harm visited on Matthew Stafford this coming Saturday by the LSU defensive line. I wish him a speedy convolescence and I hope the dawgs do not get their feelings hurt too badly.

Josh, I do appreciate your concern. Nice to see you're following the thread. I do know that beating LSU is against the statistical odds but I have been brained washed to believe that we will win any and every game we play. So in saying that I'll end with a BIG GO DAWGS!!

I cant read the article at work for some reason ESPN is a banned website, go figure....But if it reads about he we often lose in Columbus that was the case against Michigan as well...we couldnt beat them at home or away but that changed this year and hopefully it will with the Buckeyes.



I hope this games lives up to the hype or PSU just blows them out

Yep, we got a lot of work to do and the Tide doesn't have much depth at all. Like I said awhile back:

I'm not ready to say "Bama's Back" quite yet (seriously lacking depth everywhere but RB, and we're playing waaay too many Fr & So's)

Most Bama fans were hoping for a 8-4 season this year,, the optimistic ones thought maybe 9-3, and are pleasantly surprised at what we've done so far. We have to start playing well in that "second half" part of the game if we're going to finish the season like we started. I'm looking forward to seeing not only how the rest of the season pans out, but also to seeing how some of our freshmen do with a little maturity in the next few years. Like this guy:
