well, I understand about Raider Ridge being a popular trail and all, having lived in Durango. I hate fencing as much as anyone else, especially when some ass puts it across a stream, the Florida comes to mind (up by Helen's store). But the tax laws in this state are messed up. So the guy who took it down deserved what he got. Fencing is expensive and hhe should have to pay for what he destroyed.
