I am closing on the house and it will be available to move in mar 1st! i am looking for one last roommate to complete the kayaking household! the house is located at the put in for Bearcreek in idledale 5 min from morrison, 7 min to evergreen, 10 min to i-70 5 min to c-470 20 min to denver. rent is 500 + utilities in a very nice 3 bed 2 bath house! washer dryer, washer machine, garage, storage, and ITS ON THE PUT IN FOR BEARCREEK! this is going to be the most fun house in the kayak community this summer i promise, and i know there are others and i plan on joining in starting up an annual bearcreek event. hit me up and let me know if you are interested, i will be setting up interviews for potential move ins.
