Is the Neo-conservative Airplane Crashing?

Good News!! Well...sorta.

The Bush led neo-conservative airplane is showing signs of its impeding crash. Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Wolfowitz are still hanging on tight and believe they can come in for a soft landing. But other prominent neo-con members are already bailing out of the plane with only a parachute and shouts of blame to save them. Yes, indeed, the blame game has now begun. http://www.guardian.co.uk/Iraq/Story/0,,1939471,00.html Francis Fukuyama was the first to jump and has been writing and teaching about neo-conservatives gone wrong... http://www.nytimes.com/2006/02/19/ma...fd80de&ei=5090 Also, in his new book, 'After the Neocons: America at the Crossroads' he wrote, “[Neo Cons] believed that history can be pushed along with the right application of power and will. Leninism was a tragedy in its Bolshevik version and it has returned as farce when practiced by the U.S... ” He goes onto to say that history will not look sympathetically at the consequences of the bad choices made to go to Iraq.

Cut-n-Run: It is already happening! Don't let the mid-term banter deceive you. If Bush and his neo-con friends are really "staying the course" and claiming that there will be "victory in Iraq" then why is Bush's other best friend - a US corporation - leaving? http://www.guardian.co.uk/Iraq/Story/0,,1939432,00.html You know something is about to change when the money starts to retreat. I guess rebuilding Iraq is out the door, and whatever happened to building a Democracy? Oh, that’s right… Bush and his corporate friends are too busy dismantling ours!

Well, as the neo-conservative finger pointing game heats up, let’s not forget about the damage that this disasterously incompetent Administration has done to the world - especially while voting tomorrow. International polls now indicate that more people believe that Bush and Washington are the biggest threat to world peace. http://www.guardian.co.uk/usa/story/0,,1938434,00.html Let’s also remember that the neo-conservative foreign policy has led to the decrease in our safety. Thanks to the blunders and deceit of these neo-cons we have given the people who are really pissed off about US foreign policy (opps, I mean Terrorists) the perfect reason to cause further harm and further hatred towards our jingoist congregation of depoliticized Americans - not to mention these rebellious US foreign policy haters (there I go again... I mean, terrorists) have also been given the perfect training ground to become the next GI-Jihadi, says the CIA... http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...2005Jan13.html

Vote for change. Then let's focus on ridding our democracy of the corporate tyrants that have highjacked our beloved lady.
