How the hell do I adjust G3 telemark bindings

I am getting into ele skiing and bought a pair of used tele skis with G3 bindings. i have two pair of boots, neither of which fit the bindings...How do I adjust these bindings to fit different boots?

Take off the toe plate, there should only be a screw or two and adjust the cable undernieth it.
