I don't believe there is. I've hiked/biked most of the valley and know the maps by heart, and there are not any hike to hot springs around. All the hot springs are concentrated around the fault zones at the base of Mt. Princeton. There are several springs in the area, but they feed private pools. Some of which, like the Antero Cabins, are available for rent by the public.
I heard a rumor that there was a seep from the Poncha Hot Spring that was making a small natural pool near the old Boy Scout Camp....but I lived in Poncha for years and looked and looked and never found it. Plus they just re-did all the piping at the spring source, so I doubt there are any seeps now.
