1. is and does are both verbs- you don't need two; unless of course you are using the possessive pronoun "its" and in that case "doesn't" is not a noun and cannot belong to something, so it really makes no sense.

2. What does? Your pronoun has no antecedent and makes you sound like Gollum... My Precious.

3. And finally- you have either a misplaced modifier or a missing subject- are you asking if BSOE is fucking Elvis (who is dead, I think) or are you asking if he is Elvis?
