What the F***???

I would have thought that you all had better taste. Fat Tire is such a boring example of what beer can taste like. IF you are looking for real beer try Oskar Blues Old Chub, or any of their others, as well as SKA Brewing ESB. They all come in cans and are real beer not crap!!!

I'd really like to see Odell's get into the can hype. IPA in a can would be awesome. 90 schilling would also make a great addition.

My vote is for Odell's 5 Barrel (for me) and Easy Street (for the girlfriend).

99 shilling would be just fine!

Really, any beer besides the usual suspects of buttwipper and similar would do the trick. I have never had a hangover from microbrews or homebrews (my own), but if I drink a few of the crappy domestics, I have the worst headaches/hangover the next day. I figured it is all the preservatives and other fillers the crappy beer has in it.

If 90 came in a can and people started to bring it on river trips, you'd have to bring at least one extra groover. That stuff causes stomach trauma. I like it. But the thought of that is a little scary.

I go for the good ol' Beam and Cola in a can. There's a pretty tasty Beam and Ginger in a can too. Mix it up with a few PBR-lites...mmmm. Refreshing.

Holley that is an excellent point that is being over looked with this discussion. Although I fully imbibe in the micro's some tear you up and will fill the groover that much quicker.

HAHA! Sucks for those effected as such, but that is why there exists BYOB! My last trip everyone brought along a case of their suds. A case each of Buttwiper, Coors, Miller Lite, and Tommyknockers Maple Nut made it into my truck. This was a ski trip to Utah and we all know that you do not want to buy beer in Utah! I did not drink any ones beer and no one drank mine. Everyone happy!

You know, I love good beer, and you can't beat the convenience of a can. But, with the amount of beer I drink in the summer, I can just stick to the trusty PBR all summer long, then buy a new kayak with all the money I save by not not purchasing "good" beer.

Ska brewing co. in Durango for canned beer!

Ska Brewing in Durango for their Ska Special ESB in a can!! Pretty hoppy imho. I still like PBR on the water though.

I tried Dales Pale ale this weekend and I have to admit it does taste like a great substitute for bugspray!
