Experience with new DRE owners

Just wanted to say i had my boat fixed and bought some stuff at DRE this past week and i have to say they are great guys. I had been using NRS for a while...not sure why just because...and decided i wanted to give my money to a local company, and went to DRE.

Zach was great, actually both of them. Zach, who works at the shop, was incredibly nice about some paper work that took me about 5 tries to successfully get to him(even got some emails back after hours), and Zach the repair guy did an incredible job fixing up my boat.

I live on the Front Range and being able to pick up my gear and not have to pay for shipping makes everything that much cheaper too.

I have no affiliation with the shop just a person that likes to see local businesses get the recognition they deserve, and i have nothing against NRS either their products are great too.

Thanks Soggy!

I'd also like to point out that DRE is a proud MountainBuzz sponsor!

Here's the list of all our partners. Please remember to support the folks that bring you the 'Buzz, and the organizations we support in kind!

Down River made me a beautiful dry box this winter and a footbar for the front of my cat. I described the footbar I wanted over the phone, poorly, and they came up with a design that exceeded what I had envisioned. Their measurements were precise. I have bought from them in the past but this was the first time I wanted custom built stuff. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I'm so glad DRE has changed owners even though most the same employees are now running it. The customer service is weird its like explaining a math problem to a kid that doesn't know math. They listen but just don't really get it. Kind of a weird wanna be corporate vibe.

I wish they would return my calls and emails about the Lite Cylinder I bought there. Seems like they have replaced them for some customers but are avoiding helping me. Too bad, I've spent thousands there and am in the market for a new boat...

I have always received great customer service there, I have wandered into a different style of more custom welded frames now so I have been shopping and buying from out in oregon but definitely a first pick for a local shop for a adjustable fitting style frame
