Experience with corrective hard lenses?

I'm getting to the point where I need to do something about my vision soon. I know lots of people who have had the surgery (some good experiences, some bad), but really no one who has used the overnight corrective lenses. I remember reading the post a while back from a guy who was promoting them, but does anyone out there have first-hand experience? I wonder if they are comfortable enough to sleep in without problems, and if the vision correction is actually right on or if they just "improve" your vision.
