Cast iron is great at home but heavy.
Two good river choices are the round GSI aluminum Dutchies which come in 10", 12 and 14. The 10 fits inside the 12 and has no feet.
Or the Partner Steel anodized aluminum ones. These are square and come in several sizes which all nest and fit well in kitchen boxes.
Both are very light. The GSI is a little easier to clean as there are corners and inside welds on the PS ones. But I like them both.
Maca also made some aluminum ones but we're non-anodized. Including some BIG ones. You can prob search around and still find one.
