so i came home tonight looking forward to watching the Avalanche play on Altitude Sports only to find out that Comcast has changed their package lineup.
you got it after an hour on the phone with "customer support" I am finally told that the packaging has changed and that if i want to watch Altitude Sports it will now cost me an extra $30.... oh yeah and for my extra $30 i get slower internet. (the same speed as i originally signed up for would be another $10 more)
by the way the supervisor was not only less than helpful... or even sympathetic, i was of course barely able to understand him.
needless to say i'm not exactly a happy customer.
