Cheap Mountain Bikes

So, I'm looking for a deal. I'm looking for a full suspension bike, and ride lot on singletrack. It seems like I see really nice bikes all the time that are largely un-used. Anyone know any good forums to track down good quality used equipement. Anyone have leads on good new deals?

Needs to be full suspension and disk brakes. I'd prefer cross country to downhill, but am willing to compromise on a deal. Local shops don't do boards like we do for kayaks, and I'm struggling with the 2-3K on the new bikes.

Go to Mountain bike product reviews forums classifieds trails and look at the classified section. You could just visit local pawn shops and get some deals on stolen bikes.

Contact Yeti in Golden and ask them if they have any demo bikes for sale right now. They periodically upgrade their fleet and sell off the old ones, and all the demos are professionally maintained while they being used as demos. They make great bikes, I have the 575 & love it (5 3/4" front and rear) - you might even get lucky and get an AS-R in your size.
