There's no cell reception at WW that I know of. Call the ranger in Moab to verify.

Ditto. You lose all reception about a mile after you exit off the highway.

Believe it or not but one year when having confusion for permit on WW the ranger told us to walk up the hill a 1/4 mile or so and we'd see a red circle on the rock...we walked to the spot thinking he was joking and sure enough a big red circle on the granite and the cell worked(T_mobile at least).
