Car camping & hiking near driggs/jackson?

We're going to be in Driggs in a few weeks to see the Rhythm Devils, and thought we might as well take a few days to do some car camping and hiking in the area before the show. Either on the Idaho side or over by Jackson/Teton park. Would anyone recommend any sweet bootleg/dispersed camping spots on either side? We like to stay off the beaten path so our pups can run, campgrounds are hard for them constantly on leashes.

I've heard of one hike in the area that is recommended, table rock. More info would be awesome, but I will probably check out the local hiking book.

Driggs is an awesome place. Plenty of camping just out of town. One of the coolest places I've been. Thats why its on the short list of possible new homes!!
