I keep forgeting about the claim that the spying started before 9/11. I wonder what the proof is? If this is the case, and this is what the Watergate was also about, why are the Dem's sitting on their hands!

Either because he wants that kind of power for himself, someone is leverageing him, Bill Clinton did it too, or maybe because most people don't read enough news to understand it and he needs the votes of the ignorant masses. Who knows.
