Beer in a can con't....

I was just reading over in the Eddy about Fat Tire in a can etc.....

Took the initiative to post this in the Boater Forum, maybe some opportunity to share some useful knowledge....

In reading several of the posts, seems like the standard beers are mentioned:

Dales, Ska ESB, PBR, Tecate, etc....

Thought I might share some of my own personal thoughts to broaden horizons....

Shiner Bock, out of Texas, good if you like Belgian style ales, yellow can

Steam Engine Lager, Steamworks brewing, out of Durango

Morning Wood, wheat style beer, conversation starter

I know this may get some negative feedback but Killians Irish Red in a can, interesting point: a narrower can and stores better in coolers in larger quantities.

Anyway, just thought I would keep it going,

Cheers

Who on earth would debate Killian's Red? I could live off of that stuff.

Back to the Eddy again huh?

It was worth a try to get this to the Boater's Forum for some more publicity....

Perhaps I could have used a more creative title like:

Multi-day boating tips/advice.... BEER

Or you could title it "The most important question... period" and it would stay in the Boaters Forum, right Count??

Hey now, mine was directly applicable to how to carry your beer on the river. I didn't move the thread, though.

Shiner!

Shiner Bock is great! But I've never seen it in a can.

I lived in TX for a while and you can find the cans around there, more exensive than bottles. Haven't seen shiner in cans outside of the TX border though.
