Anyone take a cooking class in Denver?

I wanted sign the GF up for a cooking class in Denver. Has anyone taken a cooking class in denver that they thought was good. There are a few schools that i can find so far:

The Seasoned Chef
Cook Street
The Gourmet Spoon

.....

Anyone know which ones are good?

Thank!

My girlfriend is an alum of Cook Street (2006), and she's very very fond of her time there. I'm very very fond of what she learned.

Another friend that she met at Cook Street, shortly after her graduation, is running her own private chef service and making enough to live in a loft down by the Rockies stadium.

Through my GF, I've met 3 alum from Cook Street, and none of them has anything bad to say about it. If you want more personal info, we can put you in contact with my GF to ask more specific questions.

Running Class V isn't dangerous enough?

Lets see...

Alligator wrestling
Shark feeding
Soloing multi-pitch 5.13
Urban BASE jumping
Coming home and saying "Uh Honey, can I pay for you to take a cooking class?"

I think I'll take the alligator....
