Anyone need a house near Lyons/Boulder?

Under 5 mins. to Lyons WW Park/October Hole; close to SSV. Oversized 2-car garage and shed for boats and toys. 1.5 acres; backs to open space (horse OK). Entirely redone. 3 BD, 1 BA, W/D, DW, 2 decks. Ready mid-late August. PM please.
