Ammendment 44 -- Legalize It.

I'm sure everyone knows about it, but if not. If passed, Ammendment 44 will make it legal to posses under an ounce in colorado for people over 21. If this law will ever pass here or anywhere, people like us (kayakers, skiers, climbers, mtn. bikers, etc. etc. etc. basically, cool people) need to vote for it. This is a huge kick to the groin to the religious right, so take the half hour in november to help make it happen.

Even if it passes. Federal law overrides it in all jurisdictions. IT IS A MEANINGLESS PUPPET..........Vote yes and you still lose bc you still will find yourself in the same deep shit when you are caught

Most pot arrests are by local police, not feds. So, this isn't a ''meaningless puppet''. It means if you get caught with less than an ounce of weed by Denver Police you will not face a charge. Carter wanted this done back in the 70's. Many thought legalization was right around the corner. It's amazing how long it is taking.

So, do I have to buy a bag illegally to possess it legally? Who is allowed to grow the weed that we can legally possess if this thing passes?
