Tele Bindings - Black Diamond 01s Questions

I am considering upgrading my tele stuff and looking for binding input. I have used G3s forever, but I am considering the 01s for new skies to be used in area and BC. Anyone with expereience with these bindings, problems, likes, or dislikes?

I have never used an active binding versus Nuetral (G3s). I would consider myself an advanced/agressive skier, but not a expert/hucker. I would be interested to hear others thoughts (likes and dislikes) from switching to active binding.
