Pikes Peak skiing question
Hey all! I am planning to ski Pikes next weekend and need some info.
My partner and I are strong and experienced, but neither of us have ever been on Pikes. Frankly the number of trailheads and routes is a bit stifling. So can anyone reccomend a classic route? We're looking for the kind of outing that if you could only hike and ski one route, this is the one. And maybe suggestions for variations in case avy danger shuts us down. Oh and if it makes any logistical difference, we will have two vehicles at our disposal.
