Anyone else out there planning to get passes for next year? They are on sale now for immediate use for the rest of the season.
They also offer a "no limits" pass with no photo that can be used by ANYONE.
The pass is steep at $529, but there is a 4 for 3 deal that makes them just shy of $400, or $80 more than the standard one. I seek 1-3 others to go in on this deal. The pass makes a lot of sense for someone like me who has a spouse that just barely uses it enough to justify. I would then usually have a pass that I could lend out to buddies. IF there ws enough interest in these passes we could end up with a small "pool" of revolving passes.
I only want one but would be willing to buy two to get it rolling.
Before anyone atarts ripping on the mountain in general it has several advantages that allow them to charge what the big resorts do: The convenience (from Boulder) is unparrallelled, making it reasonable to do 1/2 days, it is great for kids and when it gets snow the trees and limited steep terrain is pretty good.
