Suspicious Squirt Boat Ad on Ebay

There is an Upstream Edge Squirt Boat for sale on Ebay.

It looks rather suspicious. The owner clearly has no idea what he has.

Looks like it originated from a Pawn Shop in Hendersonville, NC.
