Stolen! Lotus Lola Rescue PFD, Help with "The Plan"
On sept 5th, my rescue PFD with all the stuff in its pockets was stolen right off my truck at The Bluffs in Eagle, CO. There was $500 worth of stuff in that jacket, and I am pissed. Here is the plan I would like to share with my paddling community.:
If you see this fellow with my PFD on the river, befriend him, tell him that you all should paddle together, and swap phone numbers with him (you can make yours up). Then send his phone number over to me. I will then call him up as just another paddling buddy looking to paddle, invite him paddling, offer to drive, drive off with my gear and his gear when opportunity strikes. Report him to the Cops.
Thats the plan.
Here is what my PFD looks like:
Purple Lotus Lola Rescue Pro PFD.
Its purple with the zipper off to the side. There might be a yellow handled knife centered on the chest. But here are the give away details, there is a stopper knot tied off on one of the shoulder straps, on top. And, one of the pockets has a very small hole in it, like the size a very small pea.
