Lyons Playpark Longshot

Hey I know this makes looking for a needle in a haystack seem easy... but a certain dumbass I know neglected to take off his wedding ring yesterday in Lyons... so if you should happen to find a titanium band, hit me up. It would be much appreciated.

Have Faith - I have pulled this off

I read your story, and have to share mine. This idiot left his ring on too.

Was at the Golden WW park several weeks back when the water was up. Prior to hopping in my boat, I always like to hop in the water first to get my skirt wet etc. (I am a 2nd year guy and tend to swim). So, standing in water that is moving quickly and waist deep, I trip a bit on a boulder and catch myself with my hands. When I lift them out of the water, my ring is gone.

I freaked out for a bit, but decided to make the best of it, hopped in my boat with my buddy and got my paddling in.

A few hours later, as we are pulling out of the WW park, my buddy remembers he has swim goggles in his truck. We pull them out and I start looking for the ring. This seems impossible at first, since the current will not let me stay down near the bottom. So with my buddy holding me underwater in the current, I start searching for the ring at dusk. I look and look, only stopping to stand up and gulp air or get out of the way of other boaters coming down river. When I am about to give up, I move slightly to my right and a few more feet down river and look down. There, sitting on the bottom between two small rocks is my ring.

It can be done. Good luck!
