Lost Paddles on Piedra

I would love to get back my new Sawyer wooden paddle with the rainforest frog blade. It has three stripes of yellow electrical tape to make it more visible. Also missing a yellow blade, red shaft carlisle. My name and number are on both.

Both were lost when we flipped in Mudslide on Saturday (must not have seen that pourover or lateral?!) A huge thank you for the Pagosa/Durango Crew who helped clean up our mess. Garin got an x-ray and did dislocate his shoulder, hairline fractured a bone in his arm and a chip in his wrist and shoulder, but he was out of the hospital and doing good yesterday. We waited till 9:45pm a Chavota's with your "thank you" beer, but never saw anyone. We have 2 cases for you here in Durango.

Ryan- Im glad everything turned out OK. Hopefully your friend's season hasn't ended already! We had a minor issue (tipped up, no swimmers) in Mudslide a couple weeks ago too. Same pourover probably...

To jump in here on lost paddles- we also lost a guide stick on the Piedra- red handle, yellow blade, covered in stickers including an Obama, "Yes we did" sticker around the handle- if anyone sees it, I'd love to have it back. It was lost below Lucifer's in the "flat" water when a paddle crew had stopped... ummm... paying attention. I wasn't on the boat that lost it so I don't know exactly where. Thanks...

You're welcome. Beer can be delivered to the thirsty guides at Pagosa Outside next time you are in Pagosa. It sounded like an epic day.

We'll be on the lookout for your river booty.
