Lost Paddle Animas towny

So I was teaching my friend how to paddle and he swam. I Pulled his boat to shore and was out of my boat pulling both boats up the bank when one boat knocked my paddle back into the river.
It was last seen by bystanders cruising under the bridge by Home Depot. It's a Werner with white blades and yellow and black fleece lined pogies attached to it. It should still say J. Dugan on it, but the number has changed - 505-947-7022.
