Friend lost an oar at Mayors landing, Yellowstone

Yellow, beat up shaft, new blade. Name and number on the blade. It's got a long lonely float to 89 bridge before it has a chance of being found. I doubt he will see it again but I figured it's worth a shot. Oar tethers, oar tethers, oar tethers. Every time oar tethers.
