FOUND: 1/2 a breakdown paddle?

I found what seems to be 1/2 of a bizzare breakdown, in Clear Creek, just below Elbow falls. I don't know breakdowns well but it has kind of an oddly shaped black plastic blade. It has a silver, steel shaft.
I would be happy to get it back to you so let me know if its yours!
