Dog Spotted Near Salt Lick on HWY 50

Running east of Salt Lick towards Parkdale. Dark/black/gray round up dog (aussie or dingo looking) Did I say frantically? This poor old dog is looking for his owner. The CDOT workers have tried to catch him and they can not. The dog had a loose rubber looking collar. I didn't see tags. If it is yours I hope you find it. Sorry I could not get a photo, he was going the opposite direction.
