Last year I bought a 120 qt. Sherpa which after a Deso-Grey trip the lining in the bottom had started to delam from the insulation. I called them last fall, described the issue, they said send it back. Well, my life got busy and I forgot the whole thing.
Last week I called them back, they said: Send it back....7 days later I have a new Tundra (for the difference in $ between the MSRP's they offered a Sherpa at no extra cost) but with no bull. It is nice to know when you drop that kind of coin on something that the product is stood behind.
The new Tundra is even more bomber than the Sherpa, check out their website for the 500# man vs. the cooler. Cool
Agree! I had the same experience.
I had a 3 year old Sherpa that developed a curve in the lid, which compromised the seal. Called then up, no questions asked, sent it back, paid the difference and up graded to a Tundra.
Great and friendly service.
