Wheels or Something

Since I have learned such great thing on this forum I thought I would ask -
I am going to be running a river that has a mandatory (well for me anyways) portage. It is on an old railway so very flat but also very long. Any ideas on an easy way to haul my boat rather than carrying it on my shoulder? I thought of wheels but they would need to fit in the boat?

If it's flat there are some decent backpack options. Either the DIY pool noodle and cam strap version or you can buy one already made that's a little more stable. Game carts have been used but won't fit inside your boat. Inflatable boaters have used luggage carts mounted to one end. Most folks just buck up for find something different to run.
