What is minicell?

Tell me, oh wise ones. I need big thick sheets of it, and I only want to spend a small fortune on it. Amcon Foam in Longmont can get Qycell foam, and their TB-30 might be what we know as minicell. Or not. Confused, maybe dazed.

Minicel is closed cell foam. Not sure what Amcon Foam's products are, but Wildwasser in Boulder sells it.

Minicell secrets

The very nice people at Wildwasser don't sell big sheets of minicell. They do have scraps for sale if anyone needs those. They thought that their minicell is M-200, but weren't sure. I tried NRS, and they didn't want to tell me what their minicell is. I called Qycell Corp, and they said that their equivalent to M-200 is TB-20. They confirmed that this foam is used for kayak pillars. I can now order from Amcon in Longmont. Thanks, Chief, for heading me in the right direction.
