The best

I personally love my Immersion Research Full conditions dry top, I think quality is great, keeps me warm and has lasted me a longtime, the rubber neck gasket blew up but was fixed now as good as new. The new one they make which is welded is sick too. Im a IR fan for life.

I bought my OS Systems dry top in late 1998 or early 1999 and it's the only one I've ever owned. It's on its third neck gasket and some of the stitching is a bit loose but I've been very neglectful of it. I think it's Gore Tex but I'm not sure- if it is then it's done way better than my Gore Tex winter shell. I don't think I get nearly as many days as a lot of you but it's been very good to me.

Count, wash it using nikwak tech wash or whatever stohlquist dictates. rinse extremely well, let it dry(no dryer) and then retreat the dwr, let it dry(no dryer), then iron it on a low setting avoiding the gaskets. should be good as new.

the dwr i used was revivex...worked great
