I was camping on the Poudre this summer for one of our daily loop weeks and talked to the camp host, an older guy who did all his travel/ maintenance on a traditional Honda trike.
He told methat the thing was scary because it liked to just continue straight instead of turning. A bit of a problem while negotiating the Gnarrows. That is why I thought that the 2 wheels in front version might be better.
I take your point about the trailer brakes being a necessity so the weight if the trailer doesn't just push the rear wheels right on past the front. I was trying to keep the weight down in the ttrailer by using one of those new aluminum ones but with boats, autohome camper set up and loaded gear box I would imagine it would still be very heavy.
Glad to hear that you are coming to the Solstice party Friday. Dane will be bringing the entire Rocky Mountain Roller Girls squad fresh from their recent National championship bout in Chicago.
See you there.
