Sweet customer service review...

So there have undoubtedly been many many topics created comparing Sweet drysuits to Kokatat and NRS and IR and others. My personal opinion....I think Sweet gear is topnotch, but I think we all know that a drysuit could be clear winner above all....but it's still only as good as the manufacturer's willingness to work seamlessly (pun intended) with the end consumer and get that $1k item repaired and back on the river. That said, everyone knows that Kokatat's customer service is absolutely legendary...no more is needed to be said about that, but what about Sweet's customer service?? Best I can tell, no topics on any forums have been started to discuss experiences had by folks with Sweet customer service....so here we go! Who has experience getting their Supernova or Shadrach or Intergalactic serviced by Sweet?

It shouldn't be too hard to get repairs done since you're already in Europe.

Just send it to IR for repair...last time I was there they were testing and repairing some kokatats. Help support east coast companies!

As a Sweet authorized dealer I can say without a doubt that they love to take care of their customers.
I have had a very sad situation in which I broke a brand new Rocker helmet on the first day out. Helmet did its job, so not really a warranty issue, but they still helped me out with a cheap replacement.

Now that they have North American distribution centers you don't have to wait for a slow boat from Norway to get what you need.

I haven't been party to any Drysuit repair yet but we have some rental suits that I need to send in for pressure testing, so ill let you know how that goes.

The "occigrip" portion of my wanderer helmet snapped last year and I sent it in. Only took them 1-2 days to fix it and get it back to me. Overall, pretty impressed with their U.S. customer service. Can't speak to dry suit service though, and that is a whole nother animal.

I have to give them 2 thumbs up!! I have an older Rocker helmet that the liner wore out on, and I was unable to find a replacement online anywhere. I emailed them directly in Norway and they asked to see some pictures which I forwarded to them and they immediately sent me a new liner from Europe free of charge and I was able Velcro the new one right in.
