Stinky gear

Looks like I got some mold in my dry box. Just straps and throw bags and not that bad, but there is a bit of a smell.

Any recos on how to clean this mess up?

Thanks in advance!

Go to a PETCO or similar pet store and buy their pet mess enzyme carpet cleaner. They have the same enzyme neutralizers that the NRS stuff has at a fraction of the price...

I use a diluted vinegar solution, soak, let dry in sun, then wash with soap and water.

Next time prop the lid open.

I figured the thread would be about smelly polypro. Wool is the answer to that one.

My river booties were super funkified and soap wasn't doing anything about the smell. Soaked them in borax and hot water - no more funkness.
