sprayskirt repair

anybody know of a good place to get a sprayskirt repaired. i have a sprayskirt that has ripped the tube from the deck about 16 inches. it needs to be sewn and taped or sealed. it is to big to just use aquaseal. any suggestions would be appreciated.

yeah, just what your saying, id get two strips of neoprene and contact cement and stretch the skirt out, lay the glue on pretty thick on all sides, clamp it down and then stitch it in place, with soft nylon thread. ive never used aquaseal for anything, i probably should, using aquaseal around the edges of the new fabric sounds like a good idea
