Spray Skirts

I bought an Agent 6.4 a few months ago and continued to use my 2 year old mountain surf spray skirt. I seem to be getting alot more water in my new boat than I did with my old boat but I was told they can both use the same skirt. After I do just a handful of rolls I have water over my feet inside the boat and I never got water in this quickly with my old boat. Do you think my spray skirt is stretched to the shape of my old boats cockpit and therefore is letting water in somewhere more than it should? I don't see any holes or leaks on the skirts and my boat dosn't seem to have any defects. Anyone have any suggestions before I go out and spend the money on a new spray skirt? How much water do other people typicall get in their boats when doing a handful of rolls in a row? Any help would be great. Thanks. -Dan

Thats a dagger for ya! I've got a dagger 6.2 and I bought a brand new lip locked skirt for it and it still leaks like a sieve. I've got silicone and duct tape around all of the bolts also. I think its the design of the cockpit rim.
I guess what I'm saying is get used to it or get another boat.

Thanks for the reply. Its unbelievable that they would pass the boats inspections if they all leak like you are saying. So do you think it leaks through the bolts and screws or through the cockpit rim because the skirts have trouble fitting? Do you just deal with yours or did you get another boat?

It's not a manufacturing flaw. It's a design issue. They have so much shape to their cockpits that you don't get a good seal.
I was going to be vague but then I decided to do this other thing.
