Sketchy Weld, Need Help.

Last Season i put about a 3 in hole in my Wave Sport Y boat. and had a buddy weld it while I was out of town. Little did i know that this was my friends first go around at plastic welding. So the weld holds but but doesn't feel so strong. So I'm just curious to what would be the best way to strengthen the sketchy job or should I just re-weld the entire thing?

Post up some pics. With out even seeing it, I would say if you question the integrity of the weld you should have it redone.
