Has anybody else had trouble getting in touch with Gary @ reacently? I was in email contact about a buying a frame last month, and was ready to order, but I haven't herd anything back from him in a couple weeks, despite repeated emails. Today I tried to call the number on the website, and had no luck, only a endless busy signal... anybody herd from Gary recently?

I tried to contact him via his website about this time last year. He indicated that the business was closed for the season for another few weeks...that was it...

Keep trying with email by replying to the same thread you were on before. He fell off the map for me for the past week but this morning I got an email from him saying he found me in a sea of emails and would have my frame by this weekend. Just super busy I think.

Always reply back to Gary's email.

If you reply back to even a very old Email he seems to get right to it. He seems to do his Emailing very early in mornings. He must be just flooded with looky lo's and people just wanting info sending Emails. I have never meet Gary but all my dealings with him have been very positive. I just wish he would get a PayPal account.

I am glad to hear some people have had good experience with him. I was in conversation with him since December. He seems like a great person, but I am not sure how he runs a business. I sent numerous emails, left messages, managed to talk to him a couple of times, and was promised a drawing. No email, no calls. I ended up going with AAA and my frame is about to ship. Not as cheap as his, but the whole experience with Mark and Judy has been outstanding. I wish he would've communicated better.

Gary has been good to me in the past. He has a day job and in the spring (when most people order frames) he works the business hard. He helped me put together a frame that has served me well for several years. Part of the reason he can charge such low prices is that frames isn't his first job. AAA and DRE are good shops - but they charge more because rafting is their only way to make $$$. And rafting is a seasonal business - but they have year round shops.

Supposedly, Gary has been going out of state to care for his ailing mother. please give him a break if he has not been super quick to respond to your emails.

Wish him the best. No doubt he is a great asset to the boating community.
