aluminum/lightweight (powder-coating/color not that important)

Hi Rafterman, I'll have to call the guys down at Andy/Bax they showed me a pretty cool new design (what they refer to as a hybrid frame). It uses the standard NRS tubing size but is pretty much welded instead of any lopros. The footbar etc is also welded, but I think the seatbar and crossbar are standard NRS lowpro so that gives you some flexibility without having to go totally custom (ie if you change your cooler, drybox, or have someone row the boat that is a different height). Seatbar I think had a footbar welded under it if you put a passenger on your cooler.
they were boasting about one of their designs for a Jag for a high clearance 10' gear hauling frame that was light enough that a person could easily lift the frame over his head . I also saw they had a smaller frame probably more in line with what you want - maybe 35lbs I cant remember as I didn't really care much at the time.
I'll be going down there on Friday so if you can hold out I can get you pics and prices of what they offer. if you are interested I might be able to find a way to get it out to Boise for you as I know someone gonna be driving that way for a memorial day timeframe MFS float. (no tax in OR)
