Prijon pure is super easy to hand roll...
I've finally got the outfitting in this thing, where I want it. Meanwhile, I just have 1/4" foam padding on the thigh braces, and it's working out okay. I moved the seat all the way forward, and I'm pretty snug in there now. Before, I had a slight issue with my leg slipping out, but that's been fixed; just had to get slightly less comfortable. With my current outfitting, I did Parkdale last weekend, just fine though, without the need to get out and stretch; and no chance of leg slippage.
Last Saturday I was messing around with the Prijon Pure at the pool. With great effort, I have a hand roll in my Transformer 2, so I decided to give it a shot in my creeker. I was surprised how easy it was. I was hand-rolling tons, and not getting tired from it. Didn't have a single failed attempt. I don't mean to say I am great at hand rolling; I mean I could really notice how easy it was, compared to my playboat. That's not to say it's easy to flip though.
Unfortunately, I have not taken this boat down much yet. Just waterton and parkdale a couple times, at low water, and the swimming pools. I don't have an enormous frame of reference when it comes to trying different creek boats, but I don't think I will need it.
I want to emphasize was pretty dissatisfied with the stock outfitting until I moved the seat all the way forward. Take that for what it's worth.
