I had an old 16 year old aire cat that had nasty mildew smell and stains on the inside. I used an old pressure washer (electric) with fan tip (40 degree) and it worked for this but i was really careful around the zipper (distanced the wand) and removed the bladder first. It did remove a shitload of grit wedged where the zipper is sewn into the fabric. I used a mild lysol solution and a sponge to get rid of the remaining mildew smell.
I'm sure if you damage it it will void the warrantee. I'd be real careful with any higher power washer over 2000psi or concentrated tips
The pressure washer did very little on the outside stains and frame marks. I used a scotch brite sponge with citrus cleaner and good old elbow grease. You never totally remove the frame marks
