I bought a 2000psi, 3.5 gpm 240 volt pressure washer last summer. I use it on everything, and even use it like a leaf blower in the fall. It is one of the most used tools I have, but you have to be cautious or you can damage things. It will blast away soft wood and will inject water into bearings if one is not careful. It could easily damage a raft if the wrong nozzle was used, or if it was used too close to the boat.
